We Got Our New Curtains!!

I feel so grown up!! The first 2 are the room before and then 2 after. There is also a close-up of the curtain part. I love how they turned out.

One day I had this huge headache so I decided to lay down on the couch and rest. Well the room was too bright so I put on this eye mask we got from one of our plane trips. They give them out for international flights. Anyway that night Alya decided she was going to wear it to bed.

An interesting sight from our terrance

I just happened to go out on our terrace today and this is what I saw. I have to say that this is very common here. I've just never seen it in this empty lot. You see sheep and goats walking down the street grazing. What I found interesting was that the sheep seem to stay out of traffic. Anyway I thought it was cute.

We found a new park

The other day I saw a sign for this place, drove past it, cooudn't really figure out what it was. Anywhoo today I decided to take the kids and check it out. This place is really cool. They have a little soccer field some amusment rides, a bouncy house, and a playground. The amusement rides and the bouncy thing were not open but we played on the playground. It was kind of cold and wet today although the sun was out most of the day. We didn't stay very long. I was cold. I think this will be a fun place to go and spend the day. Today there wasn't a charge to get in, I'm not sure if there normally is or not. We had a good time and can't wait to take the minions back for more.

Our Day at the Park

I took these pictures on Friday when we went to the park. It was a lot of fun. I did take more pictures of Alya then of Khalid and Adam. They were running around and riding the scooter. Enjoy
